Frequently asked questions about Coaching.

It sounds exciting, but I’m a bit unsure what a session with you would be like, please can you walk me through the process a bit more?

Yes! The first step would be to reach out via the contact form. We would then arrange a time to chat, we can discuss what you would like to gain from us working together and you’re welcome to ask me any questions.

If we decide to schedule a session I would then follow up our chat with a short series of questions, via email.

The select questions begin the activation process, simple yet powerful. You are welcome to send your response back to me prior to the session or wait until we meet on zoom.

For the 90 minute activation session we would meet online (zoom or skype). I’ll open the space with some simple grounding and visualisation techniques, bringing us into an optimum state to begin the journey.

I’ll be guiding you step by step throughout the session, so that you can fully relax and enjoy the experience. You’ll find there is a natural flow, as we move through questions, expansive, present moment awareness and intuition, you’ll be amazed at the clarity and vision that starts to come through and it will all come from you!

How do I know if I’m ready to make the most from a session with you?

It’s an important question. I would say if you’re feeling drawn towards booking a session with me, that this indicates that at least a part of you knows that the time is now. In a more general sense; feeling stuck or lost, disheartened or confused with your current situation is usually a sign that you would benefit from finding traction with your inner voice. Other indications include; a sense of being ready for a new chapter, feeling a call towards adventure and a commitment to your soul purpose.

Do I have to be an artist/creative to work with you?

I’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, some would describe themselves as creative, some not. We all come into the world with creative gifts. You may not think of yourself as an artist or creative but your soul knows otherwise. It’s about letting go of attachment to form and allowing the essence to come through.

I’ve had positive visions for my creative life before but it didn’t last, I wasn’t able to make the changes I wanted. How will this be different?

It can sometimes happen that we receive visions that are very inspiring to us yet the vision doesn’t appear to bring us anything of substance. It may be that we take the vision too literally or that we are intimidated by a level of accomplishment or perfection that feels too big a leap. It can also make a difference where the vision is coming from. When guidance comes from our body or our inner child aspect, it tends to be an offering that is more easy and natural to work with. It helps to have connection and support to integrate vision/guidance.

You sound very intuitive. Will you be able to tell me about my creative purpose?

I do have strong intuition and insight when it comes to people’s inner gifts (especially if they are suppressed or hidden). However I’ve learnt over the years that my perspective does not have the same value as supporting someone to discover/develop their individual calling. A coach approach is to use my skills to hold the space for you to open to your natural wisdom. It is incredibly powerful and life changing to experience that everything you need is within.

What difference will this approach make to my life?

It will give you the experience of receiving inner guidance that resonates strongly, giving you next level confidence and courage. After working together you may well feel surprised at how easy it is to take bold steps. Many of my clients describe an experience of joy and ease that they were not expecting. It is an approach you can adopt and continue to use beyond the session to ensure you stay on track with what is meaningful for you.
